The Club Seacret Direct Code of Conduct (“Code”) ensures Club Seacret is a highly regarded company and community with which Members are proud to be associated. We recognize that our values and behavior as individuals and as a community reflect on all of us. Therefore, we want to remind you that the tenets of the Club Seacret Code apply to all Escapes, Experiences, GetAways, and Team Trips
When traveling with Club Seacret, behave in a way that makes our partners excited that we are there and grateful to have our members as customers.
GetAways are for the family or loved ones ONLY. That means no booking with your best friend’s family, neighbors, or team members. Only you and your household. Any violation of this can result in loss of the partnership with the resorts or possible termination of your membership.
Our hosts and the hotel staff are there to serve and support but they are also dealing with dozens or even hundreds of guests at a time. Be patient and show appreciation to staff. Expect that challenges sometimes require time to resolve and sometimes don’t result in the outcome we desire. Say “please” and “Thank you.” A good rule to follow is the Golden one: Treat others as you would want them to treat you.
Don’t be THAT guy or THAT girl who gets thrown out of the good time because of bad behavior. Have fun, but be responsible. The pool can be a dangerous environment when alcohol is involved. Be aware of your limits and surroundings. Also, belligerent behavior is not only not appropriate, it will almost always result in expulsion form the trip and possible termination from Club Seacret.
Please read, agree, and adhere to all booking policies. This includes NO RESELL of bookings and only traveling with a valid booking.
When on excursions and activities that are coordinated for specific times for groups, be on time. The coordinators and guides are dependent upon the attendee’s timeliness to support the entire group’s experience and most times, there is a limited time and strict schedule to maintain. Be on time, be ready and appropriately dressed.
We aggressively negotiate the best deals for our
Members. When on a GetAway or an Escape, we do
not prospect their guests or employees. Club Seacret
is obligated to enforce this policy contractually and
any Member that prospects on location is subject to
suspension or termination.
Protect the relationships we have with our partners.
Use the time on an Escape or Getaway to enjoy
relaxation and connections, not build recruiting and
selling.
As a steward of the Club and our values, treat the guests at the resort or hotel with respect and courtesy as you would want your own family to be treated. Practice patience and grace with one another, especially in stressful situations. Be kind. Respect each other’s experience and space.
Always be “their favorite guests.” The staff and hotel will return the favor to you in service and appreciation and in future opportunities for all Club Seacret members. .
